Uraian Tugas

  • Oversee daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth service.
  • Supervise and support waitstaff, bartenders, and other front-of-house employees.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  • Monitor staff performance and enforce company policies.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure timely service.
  • Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards on the floor.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including reports and cash handling.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Having an experience in managing staff especially in Restaurant or Hotel settings
  • Conversational or Advance English skills are required
  • Having a passport is a plus
