Uraian Tugas

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
  • Design and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Plan and oversee training and development programs to support employee growth
  • Maintain accuracy, security, and confidentiality of employee records and HR data
  • Provide HR reports and insights to the Board of Management
  • Foster a positive and productive workplace culture


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Reports directly to the Board of Management
