Uraian Tugas

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the e-commerce channel, including product listing, price updates, and content management
  • Work with the Purchasing team to ensure key products are available online with correct and appealing information
  • Support planning and execution of online campaigns and promotions with the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Monitor online store performance, customer experience, and flag issues for improvement
  • Help collect and analyze sales and performance data to support decision-making
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Tech teams to ensure smooth end-to-end online operations
  • Contribute ideas and learn actively about online shopping trends, tools, and best practices.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Male/Female
  • Age max. 19-30
  • Graduate with a minimum of S1 degree
  • Having 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Some hands-on experience in e-commerce through internships, freelance, part-time jobs, or academic projects
  • Basic knowledge of online retail platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, or company websites)
  • Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking on new tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of data tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Passionate about technology products and digital commerce
