Social Media Intern (Remote)

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling daily or weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Research and stay on top of current social media trends, memes, and viral content for inspiration
• Help manage the content calendar and ensure all posts go out on time
• Support the execution of digital campaigns, both organic and paid
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
• Suggest creative ideas and strategy improvements based on data and trends

• Active student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field
• Solid understanding of how major social media platforms work, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
• Creative and confident in writing engaging captions and adjusting tone and voice for different target audiences
• Comfortable using content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other basic photo/video editing apps
• Passionate about digital trends, pop culture, and the fast-moving world of social media
• Previous internship or hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus
• Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills
• Able to showcase a portfolio of past content—please upload it to your Redy profile (e.g. personal Instagram/TikTok, or client work)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
