Uraian Tugas

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the marina’s operational goals and overall business strategy.
  • Lead the HR team to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff training and development, retention, and separation processes.
  • Oversee manpower planning: forecast staffing needs, organize transfers, promotions, internal mobility, and exit procedures.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, occupational health & safety (K3), environmental regulations, and internal policies.
  • Design, maintain, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  • Implement training and professional development programs to improve staff skills (technical, safety, English, customer service) and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, engagement), prepare and present HR reports to management.
  • Handle employee relations matters: grievances, disciplinary action, performance improvement plans, conflict resolution.
  • Oversee HR administrative operations: employee records, contracts, payroll, leave management, compliance reporting.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, communication between staff and management, and support cross‐department collaboration.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or managerial role—preferably in operations, hospitality, maritime/ marina, or related setting.
  • Strong command of English (spoken & written) to engage with international guests, vessel crews, and draft policies/reports.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law, safety (K3), environmental regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Integrity, discretion, confidentiality, proactive and results‐oriented attitude.
