Uraian Tugas

Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the marina’s operational goals and overall business strategy.
Lead the HR team to manage full-cycle recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, staff training and development, retention, and separation processes.
Oversee manpower planning: forecast staffing needs, organize transfers, promotions, internal mobility, and exit procedures.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, occupational health & safety (K3), environmental regulations, and internal policies.
Design, maintain, and update HR policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
Implement training and professional development programs to improve staff skills (technical, safety, English, customer service) and monitor their effectiveness.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, training hours, engagement), prepare and present HR reports to management.
Handle employee relations matters: grievances, disciplinary action, performance improvement plans, conflict resolution.
Oversee HR administrative operations: employee records, contracts, payroll, leave management, compliance reporting.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, communication between staff and management, and support cross‐department collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or managerial role—preferably in operations, hospitality, maritime/ marina, or related setting.
Strong command of English (spoken & written) to engage with international guests, vessel crews, and draft policies/reports.
Deep knowledge of employment law, safety (K3), environmental regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing operational needs.
