Uraian Tugas

Respond to reservation inquiries from guests / boat owners / visitors via phone, e-mail, chat, online booking channels; provide clear information about facilities, pricing, packages, and policies.
Create, modify, confirm, or cancel reservations accurately in the reservation system; ensure all booking details are correct (dates, name, services requested, special requirements).
Input reservation data, track status, update availability in system / PMS / booking software.
Assist in upselling additional services or packages (e.g. welcome services, food & beverage add-on, boat transfer) when appropriate.
Handle changes / modifications / cancellations professionally and according to company policy.
Follow up on pre-arrival communications: confirmations, reminders, special requests.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, modifications; prepare reports if required (e.g. daily reservation summary).
Coordinate with other departments (dockhand / operations / F&B / welcome station) about incoming reservations to ensure facilities are ready.
Ensure customer satisfaction: respond courteously, resolve simple complaints or escalate them.

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Administration is an advantage.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reservation, front office, or guest service roles at a hotel or similar facility.
Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong formal communication skills.
Skilled in using computers and technology, including PMS/reservation systems, email,
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and online booking platforms if applicable.
Well-groomed and professional appearance, polite and neat.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, well-organized, responsive, and flexible with working hours.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
