Uraian Tugas

Perform routine cleaning of public areas: sweeping, mopping, cleaning glass, wiping tables & chairs, cleaning lounges / waiting areas / reception areas.
Clean and maintain restroom facilities: sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, refill soap / tissue / hand dryer, etc.
Manage waste & garbage: collect trash, replace trash bags, dispose of waste according to type (organic / non-organic), and maintain cleanliness of trash areas.
Inspect & perform minor maintenance of facilities: check for minor damages (burnt-out lights, broken sanitary fixtures, slippery floors) and report to supervisor.
Maintain cleaning tools/equipment in good condition and properly stored.
Maintain hygiene & safety standards: use PPE as required, ensure areas are safe and hazard-free.
Perform periodic deep cleaning when required (carpets, tiled floors, stairs, ventilation, large glass surfaces).
Assist with event preparation / special guests: simple decorations, additional cleaning, increased servicing of certain areas.

Minimum education: High School / Vocational School or equivalent.
Experience in cleaning services / housekeeping / public facilities is an advantage but open to beginners with proper training.
Good communication skills; basic English is a plus.
Physically fit: able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift light to moderately heavy items.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and committed to cleanliness & tidiness.
Neat appearance & personal hygiene.
Willing to work in shifts & flexible with Marina operational schedules (morning / afternoon / evening / weekends / holidays).
