HSE Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring that all company operations comply with occupational health and safety (K3) standards and environmental regulations to prevent workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental damage.

• Implement the K3 Management System (SMK3)
• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRADC)
• Safety Inspection and Audit
• Incident / Accident Investigation
• Training and K3 Awareness
• PPE and Safety Equipment Monitoring
• K3 Reporting
• Coordination with Authorities and Auditors
• Emergency Response and Preparedness
• Safety Culture Improvement

• Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering (Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE or K3, preferably in construction, shipping, or service operations
• Certified as General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) from the Ministry of Manpower (required). Additional certificates such as Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid, or ISO 45001 are an advantage
• Familiar with Indonesian labor safety laws (UU No. 1/1970), SMK3, hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC), and emergency response procedures
• Good communication, inspection and accident investigation skills, able to conduct K3 training, proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting
