Uraian Tugas

  • Develop and execute digital and social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, website, and email.
  • Create and manage content end-to-end, including copywriting and design.
  • Implement SEO/SEM best practices and conduct keyword research to improve visibility and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (KPIs & ROI) and optimize spend, targeting, and content based on insights.
  • Manage social media presence and run paid campaigns (social ads, search ads, email marketing).
  • Conduct A/B testing, optimize conversion funnels, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand experience across digital touchpoints.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Male/Female.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media strategy and/or digital marketing.
  • Experience and knowledge in tourism and maritime industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and execution skills.
  • Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
