Uraian Tugas

  • Checking completion of supporting document for invoicing process
  • Verify if any withholding tax applicable
  • Checking employees reimbursement
  • Input payment into internet banking system
  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording & posting transactions into accounting system
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Manage petty cash for office supplies (utilities, stationary, postage etc)
  • Other duties as required


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • S1 Akuntansi
  • Have 3-5 working years experience in the same field
  • Have 1-2 years experience as auditor would be an advantage
  • Having Brevet A & B would be an advantage
  • Have experience using accounting software (like Xero, Accurate, Zahir, etc)
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Very organized
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
