Uraian Tugas

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients and expand accounts, while maintaining the current one.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Translate client objectives into clear creative briefs.
  • Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver results.
  • Build long-term partnerships through trust and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth


Syarat & Kualifikasi


  • 5 years of experience in account management or client services, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
