Uraian Tugas

  • Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with service standards
  • Provide information regarding banking products and services
  • Handle customer transactions and requests accurately
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the working area remains neat and comfortable


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Well-groomed appearance with good communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Available to join as soon as possible
