Uraian Tugas

Organize and deliver retail training programs through both offline and online sessions.
Conduct training sessions in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Localize global training materials to align with local market and business needs.
Design engaging and interactive learning experiences, including gamification-based training methods.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials based on product launches, business strategies, and operational requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, role plays, quizzes, and participant feedback.
Monitor training progress, maintain training records, and prepare training reports and performance analysis.
Collaborate with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and support employee capability development.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Internal Trainer, Retail Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or related roles.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in the retail, consumer electronics, smartphone, or gadget industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge of gamification techniques and modern learning methodologies is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms such as Feishu or similar tools.
Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Creative, patient, passionate about learning and development, and able to deliver engaging training sessions.
